• Delivery Time

On this Valentine’s Day, our orders would be dispatched between 10 am and we endeavour to deliver latest by 6 pm.

We are unable to promise any specific delivery time as our runners follow the most efficient route to ensure the freshness of the bouquets & smoothness of deliveries due the peak delivery period for the day.
 

• If the recipient is away

It is very important for you to ensure there is someone to receive the bouquet on your recipient’s behalf if you’re unsure about the recipient’s whereabouts.

Should the recipient be unavailable at the delivery time, we endeavour to pass the bouquet to someone who can acknowledge the bouquet on behalf of the recipient, i.e receptionist, colleague, family member, friend or security guard.
 

• Send to new/another address

We would be able to accommodate any changes to the first address given 24 hours before the actual delivery date.

Any last-minute changes to the original address given are subjected to an additional surcharge varied by delivery areas and may result delayed in delivery time due to the redelivery arrangement.
