• What should I wear?
  
  ​The dress code for our wedding is formal and earth tone. ​

• How many events will there be?
  
  ​The couple’s holy matrimony ceremony will be held at morning, while the wedding reception will be held at the evening:-
  
          10:00am for Holy Matrimony Ceremony
          5:30pm for Sunset Cocktails
          6:30pm for Dinner Reception

• Where is the wedding venue?
  
  ​The wedding venue will be held at the beautiful castle inspired resort surrounded by fresh greenery which is located approximately 45 minutes away from the Kuala Lumpur City Center, named The Chateau Spa & Wellness Resort.

• How do I get there to the wedding venue?
  
  There are few options for transportation arrangement:-
  
  Option 1
  Complimentary return trips for shuttle transportation arranged by couple [The Exchange TRX, Kuala Lumpur <—> The Chateau Spa & Wellness Resort, Berjaya Hills] 
  Our lovely couple has pre-arranged return trips bus transportation from The Exchange TRX to The Chateau Spa & Wellness Resort, Berjaya Hills.

Option 2
Self-pay return trips for shuttle transportation provided by resort [Berjaya Times Square <—> Berjaya Hills]

Option 3
Self-pay Private Shuttle Arrangement 
If you are not able to meet the above option 1 and 2, you can also opt to arrange luxury private car van (ie. Alphard, Vellfire, Stares etc) or small group (3-4 pax with luggages) transportation at your own convenience by contacting this number +6016 3356003 (Mr. Lam) for further arrangement. 
Reference rates from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to The Chateau Spa & Wellness Resort costs approximately RM500.00/per car/per trip. ​​​

• ​​​Would you encourage us to book a hotel room to stay overnight after the wedding? 
  
  Yes,  you and your family are encouraged to stay overnight to rest after the end of the wedding as the return road paths are considered winding since the resort is built on the high side of the mountain, some paths on the way back to Kuala Lumpur City Center are dark at night. 
  
  ​

• How many hotels or resorts are available at the Berjaya Hills? 
  
  There are 2 main resorts:
   
  (I) The Chateau Spa & Wellness Resort (where the wedding venue will be held, nestled amidst a lush tropical rainforest and inspired by an 18th century “Haut Koenigsbourg” castle in Alsace France.
  
  (II) The Colmar Tropicale which is themed after a medieval French village and surrounded by rainforest with attractive tourism spots where you will find a lot of activities and convenient stores underneath the hotel rooms.

• How should I book a room if I wish to add-on/extend my stay?

• Can I book the add-on/extension of stay from other booking travel agency ie. Agoda etc? 
  
  Yes you may also book through a third party travel agency too. However, since it is a third party deal which may have found the prices cheaper compared to the wedding flat rate, that is because your order through a third party may not include breakfast / room reservation may not be secured directly under the hotel until your physical appearance or check-in. 
  
   

• How should we go to The Chateau Spa & Wellness Resort (Wedding Venue) from The Colmar Tropicale hotel?
  
  Our lovely couple has a pre-arranged return trip to pick up and drop off between both points of location by the hotel’s Safari Shuttle. However, this shuttle is specially arranged for the purpose of attending the holy matrimony ceremony in the morning (from 9:30am) and wedding dinner shuttle (from 5:00pm) ONLY. 
  
  ​If you wish to travel based on your own preferred time between the 2 points of location, there would be a walking distance of 7-8 minutes between the locations.
